Sid Wurdinger has been with the company since its inception as he is the brainchild of this company. His knowledge of machinery and design coupled with his leadership skills have been an integral part of what has made this company successful. He currently works on the Design Team and oversees all functions of the company. When he isn’t dreaming up new inventions, you can find him spending time with his family, tinkering with a machine or creating tasty pastries or treats in the kitchen.
Kodiak Schack has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2010 and serves as Lead Designer. He directs CAD design work to support quality and efficiency in manufacturing and brings strong mechanical understanding to creative problem-solving. Kodiak has designed many practical machines for customers across different industries and enjoys seeing ideas become real, working equipment. His work reflects both technical skill and a hands-on appreciation for building, design, and useful solutions. When he’s not at work you might find him hunting, painting or creating leatherworks for his small side business.
Aage Wurdinger has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2005 and brings hands-on experience across many areas of the company, including manufacturing, machining, installations, retail sales, engineering, hydraulic system design, and custom customer applications. Today, he helps develop the sales department and supports custom equipment projects, using his product knowledge and practical experience to help customers find solutions that work from the shop floor to the field.
Dustin Shiffer has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2017 and works in sales. He supports customers with a strong understanding of Wurdinger’s products and customer needs, helping connect each operation with practical equipment solutions. Dustin values responsive, reliable customer service and the way Wurdinger combines quality equipment with personalized support. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
Mellissa Foster has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2025 and serves as Marketing & Purchasing Manager at Wurdinger Manufacturing, where she creates and implements systems for sales and marketing, oversees company marketing, supports the sales team, and assists with project purchasing. She brings experience in customer service, bookkeeping, business administration, project management, and process improvement. Mellissa enjoys working with customers, learning the industry, and being part of a team that cares about quality products and ongoing support. Her life outside of work consists of hobby farming with her husband and 3 boys, singing karoake and hosting events for family and friends.
Kim Bartel worked for Wurdinger Manufacturing for 2 years back in 2013 and is back with us as of 2025 serving as Bookkeeper, supporting bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative work. She brings years of bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative experience to the team and enjoys working with a strong group of co-workers. Kim values customer service that makes people feel heard, understood, and taken care of, and she appreciates Wurdinger’s relationships with its team, customers, and community. When not at work she loves going to concerts and music in general as well as home improvement projects, online shopping and spending time with family. Flange is her 3rd favorite “F” word.
Kevin Anderson has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2026 and manages Wurdinger’s Ag Supply Store and brings an agricultural background, customer service focus, industry-related experience, and Spanish conversation skills to the team. Raised in an agricultural family, he has experience in landscaping, horticulture, and nursery operations, which helps him understand the practical needs of customers in the Willamette Valley. Kevin enjoys helping customers find effective solutions for their operations and values the family-style atmosphere at Wurdinger.
Chris Winslow has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since December 2019 and serves as Production Manager. A longtime fabricator, Chris brings hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to seeing projects through from concept to completion. He enjoys the variety of unique projects that come through the shop and values work that allows him to continue building on his fabrication skills.
Justin Batten has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2016 and works as an Electrical Engineering Technician at Wurdinger Manufacturing, where he designs industrial control panels for automated machinery and helps troubleshoot and repair equipment. He has worked in different areas of the shop, including fabrication, assembly, and installations, and now spends much of his time on control systems for customer applications. Justin enjoys working with customers and the Wurdinger team to design systems from the ground up. Traveling and exploring Oregon in his little camper with his family is one of his joys outside of work.
Kevin Wampole has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2023 and works as a Hydraulic Technician, where he rebuilds and installs hydraulic components. He enjoys the variety of work that comes through the shop and values listening to customers, following up, and helping find practical solutions. His work supports Wurdinger’s broader commitment to keeping customers’ equipment running. When he’s not at work he loves to camp, hunt and ride motorcycles.
Colby Clydesdale has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2020. He is our Field/Mobile Service Technician. With his appreciation for learning new equipment and how they work, he is able to quickly survey and diagnose our customers equipment in the field to help ensure they are not out of commission any longer than they have to be. When he is not at work he enjoys fishing and skateboarding.
Kevin Bloedorn has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2020 and serves as Shop Manager, where he helps manage the shop, runs the press brake, and supports the production team with leadership and teamwork. He enjoys the variety of the work, the crew he works with each day, and the way Wurdinger stands behind its equipment and customers. Kevin brings a steady, team-focused presence to the shop floor.
Joey Wasser has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since 2014 and serves as Lead Fabricator, where he specializes in fabrication work and repairs for farm equipment and other shop projects. He enjoys working with his hands and brings steady, practical experience to the fabrication team. Outside of work, Joey enjoys fishing and forging metal.
Kory Rice has been with Wurdinger Manufacturing since May 2022 and works as a Welder & Fabricator. He contributes to welding, fabrication, field work, assembly, installation, plasma table work, and other shop projects. Kory brings formal welding training, certifications, and a strong problem-solving mindset to the team. He enjoys hands-on work, building projects from start to finish, and contributing to quality work customers can rely on.
Luciano Beteran started with Wurdinger Manufacturing at the beginning of 2026 and works in assembly and shop support at Wurdinger Manufacturing. He brings maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and a steady approach to the manufacturing team. Luciano enjoys staying busy, contributing to quality products, and supporting the work that moves through the shop. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, football, and tacos.
