Kids and families will have the opportunity to climb aboard, explore, and interact with a variety of exciting vehicles including police cars, fire trucks, construction equipment, utility vehicles, emergency response trucks, tractors, and more. One of the biggest highlights of the day will be the helicopter landing demonstration at the Riverview Park amphitheater between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, giving attendees a chance to experience the excitement up close.

The event will also feature a sensory-friendly quiet hour from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM with no horns or sirens to create a more comfortable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities.

Hosted by the City of Independence and SEDCOR, Touch A Truck is a free community event designed to inspire imagination, encourage exploration, and create unforgettable memories for families across Oregon.

• Vehicle participants will begin arriving between 8:00–8:30 AM for setup.
• Volunteers in hi-vis vests will be available throughout the park to assist participants and guests.
