The Wurdinger 4800 Portable Christmas Tree Palletizer is a robust and versatile machine that can be easily integrated into your workflow. The base model is 3-point mounted and supplied oil by tractor remotes, but it can also be fitted with an onboard, 23HP, gas-powered hydraulic power unit. The power unit also includes hydraulicly deployed axles, allowing the palletizer to be easily towed. Further customization can be achieved with optional extended ejector rails and conveyors.

This palletizer features a solid and rugged open design that allows one or more operators on each side to fast-load 12-36 trees at a time. You can easily palletize standard tree sizes from 4 to 10 feet tall at a rate of 12 to 15 pallets an hour. Pallet banding feeds simplify the banding, and high-quality banding tools are available within reach. The steel or plastic banding is replaceable at ground level. Cinching, cutting, and clamping can be done within seconds without clips or fasteners. Pallets are self-ejected, and you can produce three pallets before removal is required.
