Express Plus Potting System by Wurdinger Manufacturing
Designed specifically for high-production potting of up to 35-gallon containers. The ideal choice for nurseries that up-shift containers, pot up field-dug liners, or have a volume of bare root trees or shrubs to process.
This system combines stainless and mild steel construction for a robust and lengthy service life. Extraordinarily easy to change container sizes. It also features an optional Fault Line designed to take most of the work from settling the soil as the product is potted. With the proper organization, nurseries can pot at about 600 #15 pots per hour. It can be configured for either single or three-phase power. Potting Trailer – Simple and convenient, the potting trailer is portable and rugged. Sides fold down for an open working area.
Portable Box Filler with Rear Conveyor –Can be constructed of 100% stainless steel, this portable box filler is built for use in the field. Fills a box in a minute and a half.
Pair of Potting Machines – These potting machines are fabricated almost entirely of stainless steel. They handle pots as small as 1 gallon, and up to 15 gallons. They also handle flats.
